- Supervisors should collaborate with Human Resources & Training Development to drive strategies for the recruitment & retention of key personnel & to foster an environment that supports the attraction & retention of a high performing talented workforce.
- Demonstrates leadership, ethical behaviour and adherence to Weatherford standards at all times.
- Identifies process problems and concerns and makes recommendations for innovative solutions and corrective actions to achieve desirable results, helping the company better manage cost on supplies and supplier services.
- University Degree/Diploma & 4+ years related experience.
- Legally authorized to work.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shop floor manufacturing planning.
- Ability to interact in English and potentially other languages relevant in local hub.
- Intermediate Excel user and proficient in MS Office suite.
- Experience in ERP systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Sourcing Certificate.
- 6+ years of experience in a scheduling, supply chain position.
