Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly organized HR Manager to oversee all HR and Admin functions for our group of companies, with a focus on our healthcare business. This role requires a strong understanding of Bahraini labor law, excellent communication skills, and experience managing HR across all HR areas including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from posting jobs to onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage all recruitment requirements for the group of companies.
- Prepare job offers and employment contracts.
- Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS and personnel files.
- Manage employee relations, including performance management and disciplinary actions.
- Administer monthly timesheet and leave.
- Oversee staff development and training initiatives.
- Manage company licenses and permits, ensuring compliance with NHRA, GOSI, and LMRA regulations.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and correspondence.
