Job Description We are seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Manager to oversee inventory control, order fulfillment and warehouse operations. This role ensures efficient storage, distribution and inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels to ensure availability while minimizing holding costs.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping activities.
- Develop and enforce policies for inventory management and control.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to align inventory strategies with production needs.
- Monitor and analyze inventory metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse and inventory management.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with lean warehousing principles and safety regulations.
- Expertise in tracking, managing, and optimizing inventory levels to ensure availability and minimize costs.
- Knowledge of efficient warehouse processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and inventory management software to track stock levels and streamline operations.
- Ability to work with supply chain teams to align inventory strategies with production and operational needs.
- Strong skills in analyzing inventory metrics and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring productivity and adherence to processes.
- Knowledge of lean warehousing principles and continuous improvement practices.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices for warehousing.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and ensure smooth operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues related to inventory discrepancies, stock-outs, and warehouse inefficiencies.
