Job Description We are seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Manager to oversee inventory control, order fulfillment and warehouse operations. This role ensures efficient storage, distribution and inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels to ensure availability while minimizing holding costs.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping activities.
• Develop and enforce policies for inventory management and control.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams to align inventory strategies with production needs.
• Monitor and analyze inventory metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse and inventory management.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with lean warehousing principles and safety regulations.

• Expertise in tracking, managing, and optimizing inventory levels to ensure availability and minimize costs.
• Knowledge of efficient warehouse processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and inventory management software to track stock levels and streamline operations.
• Ability to work with supply chain teams to align inventory strategies with production and operational needs.
• Strong skills in analyzing inventory metrics and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring productivity and adherence to processes.
• Knowledge of lean warehousing principles and continuous improvement practices.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices for warehousing.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and ensure smooth operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues related to inventory discrepancies, stock-outs, and warehouse inefficiencies.
