Charterhouse is working with a renowned organisation within Financial Services in Abu Dhabi to assist in the hiring of a Professional Executive Assistant to work closely with and support senior executives. Our client is ideally seeking a UAE National with similar experience, currently working in financial services. The Executive Assistant will be the key point of contact, providing executive level support to Senior Executives. Responsibilities of this role will include:

Complex diary management
Overseas travel arrangements
Booking and attending meetings
Taking minutes of meetings
Scheduling appointments
Arranging corporate events

The role will also involve greeting and welcoming clients or guests into the business, answering phone calls and responding to queries where possible, as well as managing correspondence including emails, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel reports. Due to working closely with Senior Executives, the Executive Assistant may handle highly confidential information and therefore must be able to present the ability to remain confidential as a trustworthy individual. They will also handle other administrative duties and support the office where required. This varied position requires an Executive Assistant who comes from a professional working background, who is able to work well within a fast-paced environment with a proven ability to juggle a variety of tasks whilst meeting tight deadlines. To comply with the UAE Emiratization law, our client is looking to hire a UAE National with Family Book. To be considered for this role, the candidate should be presentable with a professional approach and have a career history as an Administration Assistant supporting Senior Executives. It is required that the candidate hold a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated and result-driven individual with excellent team working skills. It is essential to have proficient MS Office skills and outstanding communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage but not essential.
