  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and market share in the Middle East region.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  3. Lead a sales team, setting clear targets, providing coaching, and ensuring alignment with regional objectives.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  5. Stay informed of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
  1. 5-8 years of experience in a similar sales management role within the industrial solutions or related industry.
  2. Proven track record in driving sales growth, managing large accounts, and leading teams.
  3. Strong understanding of the Middle East market dynamics and customer base.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
  6. Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and achieving sales targets.
