Position Summary The Leasing Executive (Commercial) is responsible for managing and expanding the leasing portfolio, building strong relationships with tenants, and ensuring optimal occupancy of retail, food & beverage, and other properties. This role requires a customer-focused approach, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the local market trends to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities Leasing Management

  • Conduct leasing activities, including prospecting, negotiations, and securing agreements.
  • Maintain and update records of available spaces, lease terms, and tenant profiles.
  • Draft and review lease documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Tenant Relations
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Act as a liaison between tenants and the management team to ensure a seamless leasing process.
Market Analysis
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and tenant demands to identify opportunities for leasing.
  • Provide input on pricing strategies and marketing initiatives to attract potential tenants.
Sales & Marketing
  • Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and materials for property promotions.
  • Participate in networking events and build relationships with brokers and industry professionals.
Operational Excellence
  • Ensure the timely collection of rents and enforce lease terms.
  • Coordinate with other departments, including legal, finance, and facilities management, to address tenant needs and maintain property standards.
  • Prepare and present leasing performance reports to management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in property leasing or real estate, preferably in a luxury or high-end retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in leasing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (preferred).
