• Have a B.Ed. in Early Years or Bachelor’s degree plus QTS and PGCE
• Previous experience of teaching Early Years level would be an added advantage. However, NQTs are more than welcome to apply.
• Effective teaching experience at Early Years level with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
