Quantitative Researcher and Developer - Portfolio Implementation

As a Quantitative Researcher and Developer, you will be an integral part of the Portfolio Implementation team and be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day implementation needs. Responsibilities will include:

Support the Portfolio Implementation effort in all aspects of the daily operations:

  1. Writing tools/scripts to support daily trading operations
  2. Researching and investigating operational issues in collaboration with other teams
  3. Participating in the daily support, coordinating with other departments internally to ensure smooth operations
  4. Daily trading improvements, adding tests and documentation

Support Portfolio Implementation team on their specific deliverables:

  1. Cleaning/processing of data and running analysis on specific aspects of our trading
  2. Creating statistics of various measures
  3. Running simulations for specific aspects of trading operations
  4. Preparing data and providing support to the team with various research projects
  5. Documenting various aspects of trading operations
Requirements:
  1. Technically inclined with interest in technology, trading, and data
  2. Some computer science skills with understanding of programming and data structure
  3. Understanding of statistics/probability to be able to run data analysis
  4. Quick learner, enthusiastic, and passionate. Willingness to jump in and get their hands dirty
  5. Excellent communication skills to be able to operate across the PI team and other teams
