Responsibilities
- Manage shift teams and delegate tasks accordingly
- Monitor existing processes to ensure efficient delivery of services
- Enforce safety and security protocols in the workplace
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to motivate them
- Monitor stores for cleanliness and organization
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Implement and maintain customer service standards
- Identify areas for improvement and drive process optimization
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Hands-on experience with multiple management tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn
- Ability to handle difficult customer and employee situations
