Specialist, Product Control, Market Financing GroupJob OverviewBusiness Segment: Corporate & Investment BankingLocation: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30Responsible for reporting and control frameworks for the Distribution, Securitisation, and Debt Capital Market businesses, ensuring accurate balance sheet and income statement substantiation. Manage statutory accounting and board reporting for special purpose vehicles (SPVs) in deal structuring, while coordinating with external auditors on all business-related matters. Lead change projects to enhance reporting and controls, and collaborate with business units to assess and mitigate on-and-off balance sheet risks in alignment with the bank's credit policy.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsType of Qualification: Post Graduate DegreeField of Study: Business Commerce, Finance and AccountingOther Minimum Qualifications, Certifications or Professional Membership: CA (SA) / CIMAExperience Required3-4 years experience in Auditing, Financial and/or Product Control.3-4 years understanding of information flow between front office systems and the general ledger.
