We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Key Account Executive to join our team. Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with decision makers, fleet managers, and system users, managing all services related to Key Accounts.
• Establish good rapport and trust through proactive engagement.
• Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities for upselling.
• Resolve customer inquiries or issues from all channels and ensure proper follow-up to final resolution within the stipulated time frame.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client's objectives.
• Identify and implement new strategies for increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention by going above and beyond expectations.
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field with outstanding academic performance or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 2-3 years of key account management experience.
• Experience in managing key accounts with SAAS, Construction, or Logistics clients.
• Comfortable presenting and meeting clients face-to-face.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin speaker is an advantage for communicating with Chinese clients.
• Tech-savvy and computer literate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on and a positive attitude.
• Team player with a high level of energy and able to work independently.
• Possession of own transport is required as meeting clients is necessary for this position.
