Job Description: General Manager (GM) – PMS Group Company Overview PMS Group is a rapidly growing property development company committed to innovation and excellence. With strategic projects across Malaysia and an upcoming listing on the NSX in Australia, PMS Group is positioned for significant growth. We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager (GM) to lead day-to-day operations and ensure the successful execution of our development projects. Position Summary The General Manager will oversee and manage the overall operations of PMS Group, driving the execution of property development projects while ensuring operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the GM will be instrumental in managing stakeholders, optimizing processes, and supporting the company’s strategic growth initiatives. Operational Management

  1. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of property development projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  2. Implement systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and performance.
  3. Manage and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  4. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Stakeholder Engagement
  1. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including contractors, partners, and regulatory authorities.
  2. Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and the Board.
Project Oversight
  1. Monitor and address challenges in project execution, ensuring smooth progress and successful outcomes.
  2. Provide regular updates to the Board on project performance and operational matters.
Support Strategic Growth
  1. Implement strategic plans and initiatives as directed by the Board of Directors.
  2. Contribute to the development of future projects and business opportunities.
Governance & Compliance
  1. Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  2. Uphold corporate governance standards in all aspects of the business.
Key Requirements
  1. Experience : Minimum 8-10 years in property development or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior operational role.
  2. Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  3. Operational Expertise : Strong background in project management and process optimization.
  4. Stakeholder Management : Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Education : Degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.
  6. Personal Attributes : Results-oriented, proactive, decisive, and detail-oriented.
