Done well, branding has the power to change the course of things, forever. The Opportunity A Motion Designer is a key role within our business. Accomplished in your craft, you have a proven ability to deliver engaging, concept-driven design that enhances our clients' brands and builds Re’s creative reputation. A strategic and creative thinker, you will work alongside designers, writers, and strategists to conceptualise and create key motion-led brand deliverables across multiple channels. The role supports the Design Director and creative leadership on briefs and projects. A Snapshot Of What You'll Do
- Develop conceptual, craft-driven motion (2D/3D) that supports the expression of design systems, and deliver project-based motion work at Re.
- Help raise the level of motion design across the agency’s output, and embed strong motion principles in the delivery of brands.
- Present an informed point of view on the broader practice of branding and the role that motion design plays in building connected brands.
- Contribute to planning, creating, and effectively presenting creative concepts and design executions.
- Become a trusted partner to your day-to-day clients and your colleagues at Re.

- 3-4 years’ experience in Motion Design (2D and 3D) and proficiency in After Effects, C4D, and Premiere Pro.
- The ability to create ideas-driven, beautifully crafted work.
- Experience in meeting a brief and taking personal ownership of the quality of work.
- Strong communication: the ability to effectively tell a story and convey ideas in a compelling way.
- Strong attention to detail: the ability to meet a brief and take personal ownership of the quality of work.
