• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure within the region.
• Ensure network reliability, performance, and security across all sites.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network engineers and technicians.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

• Collaborate with internal senior management & customers’ stakeholders to develop and implement network strategies that support business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for network improvements and innovations.
• Manage network projects from conception through implementation.

• Develop and execute a network transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct assessments of current network infrastructure and identify areas for improvement.
• Research and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance network capabilities.
• Develop business case & drive adoption.

• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand and address network needs.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

• Develop and manage the network budget for the region.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet operational and project requirements.
• Track and report on financial performance and cost-effectiveness.

• Ensure network operations comply with group standards and respective Operating Entity (OE) local regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain network security protocols to protect data and infrastructure.
• Stay informed about emerging threats and technologies.

• Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to improve system efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Work with global teams to manage and deliver globally managed services.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in service delivery.

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
• Extensive experience in network administration and management.
• Proven leadership experience, preferably in a regional or multi-site capacity.
• Strong understanding of network technologies and protocols.
• Certification in network technologies (e.g., CISCO CCNA/CCIE, CompTIA Network+).
• Experience with cloud networking and hybrid environments.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
