EUC Lead - Required min 8 to 12yrs experience Job Location: Bangalore Responsibilities:
- Lead Day-To-Day IT Operations, infrastructure services support, hardware & software asset management
- Experienced in Intune/Autopilot infrastructure
- Experienced in Windows image deployment & management
- Sound knowledge in ITIL framework
- Demonstrable technical expertise in deploying MS applications, operating systems, and its migrations.
- Act as an escalation point for EUC related tasks which involves but not limited to Laptop/Desktop Installation, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Patch management of windows systems
- Deep technical skills on Microsoft Core technologies - DNS, DHCP, WINS, Intune, SCCM, etc.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and related configurations
- Cisco VC systems administration, IT asset management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs etc.).
- Experience in server related technologies - Windows server 2016,2019.
- Knowledge of Linux / Ubuntu servers
