Job details
- Responsible for all design aspects of the project assigned, including 3D Visualization.
- Attending and documenting minutes for every project or design meeting.
- Maintain quality of service and good relationships.
- Required to coordinate with other departments, especially the Project Team, to prepare and monitor all work schedules efficiently on deadlines.
- Diploma/Degree holder in Interior Design/Interior Architecture/Visualization or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years professional experience is required.
- To provide creative ideas and solutions to produce high-quality interior still images.
- Fully conversant in using and creating models from architectural plans, sketches, and elevations, and knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques is a MUST.
- Proficient in 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Illustration, V-Ray, and other skills would be an added advantage.
- Mature thinking, team player, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment to achieve goals.
