The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating tender bids for Building Construction Projects. Requirements 1.⁠ ⁠Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Masters Degree preferable . 2.⁠ ⁠Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience of working in Building Construction Projects with minimum 5 years of experience in tender bid estimation for Building Construction Projects. 3.⁠ ⁠Skills: Excellent estimation, costing, and analytical skills. Proficient in tender bid estimation software and tools. Key Responsibilities 1.⁠ ⁠Tender Bid Preparation: Estimate tender bids for Building Construction Projects 2.⁠ ⁠Estimation and Costing: Conduct detailed estimations and costing for tender bids, including material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs. 3.⁠ ⁠Bid Strategy Development: Develop bid strategies to ensure competitiveness and maximize chances of winning. 4.⁠ ⁠Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify and assess risks associated with tender bids and develop mitigation strategies. 5.⁠ ⁠Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
