About the role We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team at Salinee Healthcare Clinics Sdn Bhd in Juru, Penang. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our healthcare clinics. What you'll be doing
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
- Provide support to the finance team in various accounting and administrative tasks
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems
- At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant accounting qualification or certification
