E-Commerce Executive (Korean Speaker) at Bangsar South - Contract (up to RM 7500)

• Be responsible for identifying (i.e. create a hunting list) and recruiting (i.e. onboard) new B2B (i.e. businesses) affiliates such as Media Buyers, partners, leading apps, price comparison sites, coupon sites as well as content sites and groups.
• Be a part of formulating the business development strategy for Affiliate.
• Make presentations and explain the program for new business development.
• Analyze affiliate performance and manage partner queries related to program, payout, tech and so on.
• Create and maintain liaison with operations, regional, tech to ensure that affiliates’ needs are efficiently managed.
• Incubation of New Affiliates by continuous communication and preferred exposure for the company.
• Manage regular communication for campaigns including deploying creatives, vouchers and special payouts and deals including special requirements of selected partners and tracking performance of the same.
• Occasionally manage agreements and/or contracts and develop and manage special payouts for Affiliates.
• Weekly performance tracking of managed affiliate partners.

• Manage Strategic partners to drive mutual objectives between Company and Partners including promoting engagement, branding with partners and sponsorships.
• Manage special projects from time to time.

• Minimum 1 year and above experience in marketing or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates with minimal experience.
• Good communication skills in Korean & English Language.
• Strong business acumen, and proven talent and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong track record of high-level negotiations and successful internal and external relationship management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
• Working days/hours: Monday - Friday / 9AM-6PM.
• Status: Contract.
• Salary: up to RM7500 (based on last drawn salary & experience).
• Duration: 12 months (subject to extension based on performance and approval).
• Industry: E-Commerce.
