Responsibilities
- Ensure effective execution of Assistance Programs to deliver value to patients.
- Update patient information in electronic systems accurately.
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email from patients and healthcare professionals.
- Manage physical and electronic documents and perform other clerical tasks.
- Support the updating of program details on digital media.
- Build and maintain good relationships with external stakeholders like doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and patients.
Compliance
- Understand and ensure alignment with directives and guidance documents.
- Fulfill License-to-Operate requirements during the program start-up phase.
- Obtain necessary approvals for executing the program.
- Identify and escalate potential risks in the execution of Programs and provide sufficient lead time for implementing risk mitigation actions.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Life Sciences will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Customer service skills to interact with patients and professionals (doctors, nurses, and pharmacists).
- Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
