JOB PURPOSE: SALES ADMINISTRATOR To provide administrative support to the Head of Sales and Sales Team, coordinating activities & tasks to support TJ sales and business development, thereby, increasing business growth. RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Administration
- Administering the sales process end to end by ensuring all required information and data is delivered to business within the required timelines.
- Obtaining the relevant company and billing information from customers.
- Ensuring customer contracts and onboarding packs are received complete, signed and captured on CRM.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in data captured on handover documents.
- Handle incoming emails and other queries from various channels.
- Manage Sales Queue and allocate tasks to Sales Team or execute requests.
- Update Sales sheet and CRM with relevant information, e.g., installation complete, etc.
- Communicate verbally and in writing to answer enquiries and provide information where necessary.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally with clients and Customer Services.
- Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained.
- Demonstrate consistent application of internal procedures.
- Plan and prioritize, demonstrating abilities to manage competing demands.
- Demonstrate abilities to anticipate and manage change.
- Demonstrate flexibility in balancing achievement of own objectives with abilities to understand and respond to organizational needs.
