JOB PURPOSE: SALES ADMINISTRATOR To provide administrative support to the Head of Sales and Sales Team, coordinating activities & tasks to support TJ sales and business development, thereby, increasing business growth. RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Administration

  • Administering the sales process end to end by ensuring all required information and data is delivered to business within the required timelines.
  • Obtaining the relevant company and billing information from customers.
  • Ensuring customer contracts and onboarding packs are received complete, signed and captured on CRM.
General Administration
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in data captured on handover documents.
  • Handle incoming emails and other queries from various channels.
  • Manage Sales Queue and allocate tasks to Sales Team or execute requests.
  • Update Sales sheet and CRM with relevant information, e.g., installation complete, etc.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing to answer enquiries and provide information where necessary.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally with clients and Customer Services.
