Clinisupplies India Pvt Limited (CSIPL) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Clinisupplies Ltd, UK. CSIPL operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant located in Kunigal, near Bangalore, Karnataka, ensuring localised production to meet demands effectively. Additionally, CSIPL has established two corporate offices to support its operations across India: one in Bangalore, Karnataka, and another in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.  Role summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager – People Operations to set up and lead the Human Resources function for our SSC in India. This role will ensure the seamless alignment of global HR strategies with local requirements while fostering a high-performing, people-focused culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR leadership and a passion for driving operational excellence and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities The following provides an indication of the key responsibilities involved in this role but is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all the duties that you may be required to do HR Leadership:
- Execute the HR strategies aligning with Clinisupplies’ global objectives and local operational needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership team in India on all people-related matters, ensuring HR policies reflect our mission, values, and culture.
- Oversee all aspects of HR service delivery for SSC, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
- Ensure HR processes are efficient, scalable, and compliant with local labour laws and regulations.
- Leverage HR technologies to streamline processes, enhance reporting, and drive operational efficiency.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance management, and career development.
- Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Ensure adherence to local labour laws, statutory requirements, and corporate policies.
- Act as the key contact for audits and legal queries related to HR.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies in line with organisational standards.
- Partner with global HR teams to align SSC initiatives with broader corporate objectives.
- Work closely with business leaders to anticipate and address workforce needs.
- Represent SSC India in group-wide HR projects, contributing insights and expertise.
- Proven leadership and people management skills with experience leading HR teams in a Shared Services environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance.
- Expertise in HR operations, systems, and process optimisation.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance local and global priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to foster cultural change and drive employee engagement.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR analytics for informed decision-making.
- HR experience, including leadership roles in Shared Services or multinational organisations.
- Experience managing HR functions in India with an understanding of global HR practices.
- Proficiency in HR technologies, preferably Bob.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment is highly desirable.
