Senior RPA Developer - Contract for 3-6 Months

We are hiring a Senior RPA Developer with 5- 7 years of experience in programming languages such as C#, Python, Java, or similar languages used in RPA development. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand automation requirements and identify opportunities for process automation.
• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Power Automate to optimize and streamline business processes.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and recommend improvements to maximize automation potential.
• Strong proficiency in designing and implementing workflows using Power Automate.
• Experience in integrating Power Automate with other Microsoft products (such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Teams) and third-party applications.
• Monitor and maintain deployed automation processes, identifying and resolving any issues or performance bottlenecks.
• Stay updated with the latest RPA trends and advancements, bringing innovative ideas to enhance automation capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in automation development and deployment. Document technical specifications, project progress, and system changes for effective knowledge sharing and project management.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing automation solutions using Power Automate.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, Java, or similar languages used in RPA development.
• Proven expertise in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for automation.
• Experience with end-to-end software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Solid understanding of RPA best practices, security protocols, and data privacy standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex and challenging automation scenarios.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with stakeholders at various levels.

• Familiarity with integrating Power Automate with other technologies and platforms.
