About the Role We are looking for a Growth Product Manager at Leap, you will be responsible for scaling and optimizing products through innovative growth strategies and data-driven decision-making. Lead customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts while experimenting with cutting-edge marketing channels and growth tactics. The charter for this role will include

  • Growth Strategy & Executio n: Own and execute the growth strategy for the product, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that boost user acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Collaboration & Solutionin g: Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to understand customer problems and identify impactful solutions. Drive product-market fit through collaboration and strategic decision-making
  • Growth Experimentatio n: Run and analyze growth experiments to optimize strategies for user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Continuously iterate on strategies based on performance data
  • Positioning & Messagin g: Lead the development of effective product positioning, marketing messaging, and landing pages to maximize user engagement. Ensure alignment with the target market and business objectives
  • Rapid Prototyping & Testin g: Lead rapid prototyping efforts using tools like Figma to test new ideas quickly. Utilize user feedback and data to refine concepts and product offerings
  • Cross-Functional Leadershi p: Collaborate with marketing teams to shape strategies for key channels (Facebook, Google Search, UAC). Leverage a deep understanding of these platforms to drive growth and engagement
  • Opportunity Identificatio n: Identify new growth opportunities based on data and user insights. Lead initiatives that inform decision-making and experimentation to continuously drive product growth
Ideal Persona would:
  • 5-8 years of experience in Product Manageme nt, with a strong focus on growth and scaling product
  • Experience leading the scaling of a B2C app-first produ ct from inception (0->1) through rapid growth stages (1->10).
  • Proven track reco rd in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across large-scale consumer apps.
  • Experience managing and optimizing app install campaigns, digital marketing strategies, and cross-channel growth initiatives.
  • Hands-on experien ce with product growth tactics, utilizing data analytics, A/B testing, and customer feedback to drive decision-making and KPIs.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environmen ts, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities of scaling rapidly.
  • Passion for optimizing the entire user journ ey, from awareness to conversion and long-term retention.
  • Entrepreneurial experien ce is a huge plus, especially if you've scaled your own product or app to over 100K installs.
  • Deep knowledge of the latest growth trends, mobile marketing strategi es, and emerging technologies driving product success in the B2C space.
