Job Title: Social Media Account Manager Location:  Jagatpura Apparel Park, Jaipur (On-site) Work Hours:  10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) | 1-hour lunch break Salary Range:  ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Only candidates within this salary bracket will be considered) Job Description: We are seeking  two dynamic and experienced Social Media Account Managers  to join our team. The ideal candidates will have 1 to 1.5 years of experience  in managing multiple social media accounts, content planning, and strategy execution. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, audience engagement tactics, and platform-specific content optimization. Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:  Handle multiple brand accounts, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across all platforms.
• Content Strategy & Planning:  Develop monthly content grids, aligning with brand identity and marketing goals.
• Creative Direction:  Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure high-quality visuals and copywriting.
• Campaign Execution:  Implement and oversee social media campaigns, including organic and paid strategies.
• Audience Engagement:  Monitor and respond to audience interactions, enhancing community engagement.
• Analytics & Reporting:  Track key performance metrics and prepare insights-driven reports for optimization.
• Trend Analysis:  Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm changes.
• Collaboration & Coordination:  Work closely with the internal team to align social media strategies with broader marketing objectives.

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 1.5 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Understanding of social media analytics tools and ability to derive actionable insights.
• Creativity & Strategy: Strong ability to ideate and execute creative social media campaigns.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and capable of handling multiple brands simultaneously.
• Location:   Must be based in Jaipur and willing to commute daily to Jagatpura Apparel Park.
