Freelance - Virtual Telecom Trainer (One-Week Program)

We are looking for an experienced Telecom Trainer to deliver a Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) program on Telecom FiberNet . This course is designed for professionals at various career levels (freshers to senior professionals) Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive and engaging VILT sessions based on a pre-defined curriculum.
• Train participants on core telecom technologies including 5G, GPON, network security, fiber optics, and telecom infrastructure management .
• Conduct live demonstrations and hands-on exercises to reinforce learning.
• Assess learners through quizzes, assignments, and post-training evaluations.
• Provide industry insights and career guidance to participants.
• Ensure effective training delivery through virtual platforms like Zoom, Teams, or similar.

• 5+ years of experience in telecom network engineering, network security, or fiber optic technology.
• Prior experience as a corporate trainer, technical instructor, or mentor in telecom technologies is recommended.
• Strong understanding of 5G architecture, GPON, network administration, and security protocols .
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to engage learners in an online setting.
• Certification in CCNA, GPON, or related telecom technologies is a plus.

• Experience in network planning, large-scale telecom infrastructure, and advanced security protocols .
• Hands-on experience with router configurations, network troubleshooting, and fiber optic deployments .
• Ability to cater training content to different experience levels (freshers, mid-career, senior professionals).
