Job Title : Oracle Financial Services Analytical Application (OFSAA) Specialist Job Location : Remote/Pune Job Type : Full-time / Contract Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financial Services Analytical Application (OFSAA) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial data management, analytics, and reporting using Oracle's suite of financial applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand financial data requirements and translate those into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and configure Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) modules, including but not limited to Financial Services Analytical Applications, Financial Data Hub (FDH), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and Regulatory Reporting.
• Design and develop data models, dashboards, and reports based on business requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct gap analysis and map business processes to OFSAA functionalities.
• Collaborate with business users to define financial data analytics needs, generate reports, and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration, reporting, and application performance.
• Assist in the development of financial analytics strategies and data governance frameworks.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and ensure smooth integration between OFSAA modules and other Oracle financial applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and reporting.
• Stay updated with new features and functionalities within Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA).
• Strong knowledge of financial services industry practices and regulations.
• Experience with financial data modeling, reporting, and analysis.
• Familiarity with Oracle databases, SQL, PL/SQL, and ETL processes.
• Experience in configuring and deploying OFSAA modules like ERM, ALM (Asset Liability Management), credit risk, and regulatory reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with business users and technical teams.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Oracle certification in OFSAA or related Oracle Financial Services technologies.
• Experience with other Oracle Financial Cloud products or similar financial applications.
