Finance Executive

You are perfect for this role if you have: 1. Minimum 3 -12 months of experience. 2. Graduate/Post Graduate. 3. Excellent analytical abilities. 4. Good Knowledge of Financial and taxation regulations, laws, and any changes thereof. 5. Experience with MS Office and Data Programs. 6. Excellent Typing speed and accuracy. 7. Good knowledge of GST and TDS. 8. Experience in working with Zoho Books will be an added advantage. What is this job about? 1. Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits. 2. Interact with the team and keep them posted about all the creator bills and Proforma/ Tax Invoices. 3. Collect and sort invoice details including description & amount. 4. Keep track of monthly campaigns and coordinate with the team to share invoice details on the completion of campaigns every month and upload them on Zoho. 5. Collect monthly GST calculations and verify from invoice tracker and bank statement. 6. Follow up with POCs every week regarding the dues & take updates on expected recovery. 7. Receive the invoices and verify the amount of each invoice with the profit docs. 8. Download the bank statement of both accounts daily & track all the payments.
