Job Purpose: The Project Manager will oversee the implementation of compliance systems across the organization, focusing on Transaction Monitoring, Name/Payment Screening, and Customer Risk Assessment. This role ensures seamless integration and operational readiness, aligned with international regulatory standards. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Management:

• Develop comprehensive project plans detailing scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and adjust project progress to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution.

Stakeholder Management:

• Engage with internal teams and external partners, including senior management, to align on expectations.
• Facilitate regular communication and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Risk & Compliance:

• Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all project activities adhere to global banking regulations and internal policies.

Team Leadership:

Vendor Coordination:
