Payroll Administrator (Sage 300)

Position: Payroll Administrator Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape (Applicants need to live in the vicinity) Role Overview: The Payroll Administrator will manage the entire payroll cycle using SAGE300, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process payroll cycle: new hires, terminations, promotions, salaries, overtime, tips, pension contributions, and deductions.
- Ensure accurate approved overtime, commission, and tips.
- Reconcile and submit monthly payroll summaries.
- Import payroll into the bank.
- Address payroll discrepancies.
- Manage UIF applications.
- Assist with salary sheets and rate calculations.
- Oversee ESS function and tax directives.
- Ensure data integrity.
- Support annual audits.
Minimum Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification.
- 3+ years with SAGE300.
- Knowledge of Employment Law and tax laws.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Must have own reliable transport and driver's license.
