About the role This is a full-time senior sales and marketing management role at ST Engineering Aerospace Engines Pte Ltd based in the Airport Road East Region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve the company's commercial objectives. What you'll be doing Developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing plans to promote the company's products and services Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners to identify new business opportunities Analysing market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform strategic decision making Setting sales targets and KPIs, and monitoring performance to ensure objectives are met Provide guidance and motivating a team of sales and marketing professionals to deliver exceptional results Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to support integrated marketing campaigns Representing the company at industry events, conferences and client meetings What we're looking for Significant experience (5+ years) in sales and marketing management, preferably within the aerospace or a related engineering industry Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, partners and internal stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Aerospace Engineering) or equivalent Willing to travel and explore different market opportunities What we offer At ST Engineering Aerospace Engines Pte Ltd, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
