Job Description
In this strategic role, you will be ensuring that personal and departmental revenue targets are achieved by increasing client spend through an increase in NIQ product repertoire usage:- Understand Client Needs.
- Promote Product Education and Awareness.
- Maximize Cross-Selling and Upselling Opportunities.
- Foster Strong Client Relationships.
- Leverage Data and Insights to identify opportunities.
- New business development – Build our client base & Sell research projects to meet personal and departmental revenue targets.
- Presentations at public forums, conferences, and universities.
- Study design and proposal formulation.
- Review proposals and discuss design issues with client and team.
- Handle client queries and general client-related issues.
Qualifications
6+ years’ Experience in:- Proposal writing.
- Report formulation.
- Analysis of research data.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years Research Project management experience.
- 2-3 years client servicing & sales experience.
- 2-3 years team management experience.
- Experience in a related field.
- Experience with a second language.
