Job Title: Talent Resourcer Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (UK time) Location: South Africa or Namibia-based, fully remote Salary: R25,000pm excluding commissions Start Date: 1st of March 2025 Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Talent Resourcer with German language proficiency to join a EU-based organisation transitioning into a fully remote business model. As a pivotal member of the team, you will leverage your expertise to independently identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent for a diverse client base across Europe. - Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies to identify top talent across European markets, including Germany, Italy, and beyond.
- Independently manage the end-to-end sourcing process, from setting up searches to engaging and qualifying candidates.
- Build strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate closely with the team to understand client requirements and deliver top-quality candidates who align with job specifications and organisational culture.
- Utilise tools like LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and advanced search techniques to maximise sourcing efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of candidate pipelines and sourcing activities to ensure transparency and effective communication with stakeholders.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment , specifically in talent sourcing.
- Proven experience working with international clients and candidates , demonstrating excellent relationship management skills.
- Ability to independently manage candidate searches and operate autonomously.
- Strong understanding of European recruitment markets, with a focus on engaging candidates across Germany, Italy, and other regions.
- Fluency in German is required (spoken and written).
- Experience working in remote environments and demonstrating excellent organisational skills.
