Urgent Hiring - Plumbing Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Design plumbing systems for commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects.
2. Resolve issues related to plumbing systems or devices that arise during the course of construction.
3. Ensure that plans and work are completed according to local codes and national plumbing codes.
4. Conduct testing and maintenance on plumbing systems, including final inspections prior to job completion.
5. Directly oversee and manage teams of plumbing technicians and subcontractors.
6. Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
7. Read and interpret blueprints to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts.
8. Maintain a safe and clean work area.
9. Manage construction schedules related to plumbing elements of job sites.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned.

• 5+ years of experience in the relevant field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven work experience as a plumbing supervisor.
• Valid plumbing license preferred.
• Good working knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using plumbing tools.
• Experience in the construction field; Gulf experience is mandatory.
• Good listening and communication skills.
