As the Marketing Director , you will lead marketing strategy and execution across the GCC, India, and Middle East & Africa regions. This includes diverse product lines ranging from Gaming PCs and accessories, workstations, and smart devices to servers. You will play a key role in driving the global expansion and recognition of the brand in the region. Collaborating seamlessly with the leadership team, you will strengthen brand awareness, enhance market reach, and deliver meaningful customer engagement across consumer, retail, and commercial markets. Responsibilities:

Drive visibility, brand equity, and customer engagement across consumer and commercial sectors.
Craft and execute regional marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of the GCC, India, and Middle East & Africa markets, in alignment with global strategies.
Spearhead initiatives to expand the global presence and recognition of the brand, particularly in the Gaming market, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand message worldwide.
Lead campaigns targeting end customers, from Gamers to SMBs and large enterprises, and manage comprehensive channel programs.
Partner with Sales Division Directors, Product Managers, and EMEA Marketing teams to develop unified campaigns that drive growth.
Ensure every initiative is optimized and data-driven to yield maximum impact and return on investment.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
10+ Years of Marketing Experience; proven expertise in leading impactful marketing initiatives in dynamic environments, with experience in the Gaming ecosystem.
4+ Years of Leadership Experience; demonstrated success in managing diverse teams and senior-level stakeholders.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with digital marketing strategies and platforms.
Experience working with multicultural teams and navigating complex, cross-border challenges.
Ability to manage budgets effectively, drive business outcomes, and lead in ambiguity.
