What will I be doing? As a Kids Club Supervisor, you will be responsible for greeting guests immediately with a sincere and friendly welcome.
- Leadership: Lead and motivate Kids Club staff, ensuring smooth operations during shifts.
- Activity Planning: Develop diverse activities to engage children and promote development.
- Customer Service: Greet parents/guardians, address inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.
- Safety Supervision: Maintain a secure environment and supervise children during activities.
- Administrative Duties: Complete paperwork, manage inventory, and update policies as needed.
- Collaboration: Work with management to ensure effective communication and adherence to guidelines.
- High School Graduate or equivalent required
- Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
- Intermediate English language skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous customer service experience
