Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager (Arabic Speaker) - Restaurant Location: Doha Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager who is fluent in Arabic to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will support daily operations, ensure high-quality service, and help streamline processes to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and assist the Operations Manager.
- Ensure excellent customer service and address any issues promptly.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with regulations.
- Assist in financial reporting and cost management.
- Handle customer feedback and implement improvements.
- Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English .
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
