Do what you love; care for the world; dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS Job Description Scope and Objectives This position is concerned with being responsible for serving food & beverage to the guest according to the service rules, policy, procedure & etiquette, in line with our motto. Key Role And Responsibilities

  1. Ensure correct grooming standards are followed at all times
  2. Exceed guest satisfaction by knowing preferences and updating profiles
  3. Maintain detailed knowledge of the restaurant menu & daily specials at all times
  4. Be familiar with the beverage service including glasses used and appropriate garnishes
  5. Follow up on restaurant's financial, LQA, TrustYou, and Forbes targets on a daily basis
  6. Anticipate and service guests' requirements at all times
  7. Keep ahead of industry trends, creating and implementing new revolutionary standards
  8. Follow up on daily financial targets of area/division
  9. Use opening and closing checklist to ensure smooth operation of the venue
  10. Ensure service stations are constantly cleared and re-stocked during service
  11. Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner
  12. Present menus in a proactive manner
  13. Feel empowered and accountable within the workplace
  14. Keep the manager on duty updated of any guest feedback for the Glitch Report
  15. Maintain HACCP & FIFO standards as required by the regional governing body
  16. Follow Hotel Evacuation Policy in case of an emergency
  17. Attend all necessary briefings and training sessions as instructed by the Manager
  18. Handle financial procedures according to guidelines set by the finance department
  19. Identify potential problems and anticipate guest needs, asking for assistance before service breakdown occurs
  20. Perform any duties and special projects as requested by management
  21. Report all issues and negative guest feedback properly on the glitch system
  22. Follow the care program at all times and report issues through the system to maintenance
  23. Ensure all hotel property and facilities are maintained in optimal working order
  24. Assist with collecting information for the monthly P&L review
  25. Record and report Glitch incidents with integrity and transparency
  26. Link all facets of service, cuisine, and entertainment
  27. In charge of training and grooming
  28. Exceed all hotel standards at all times
