Project Manager - Bahrain

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the project management process from start to finish, including any further phases or enhancements to the product.
• Lead BAU operations and serve as a liaison between various teams, including operational, IT, and administration.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, identify new commercial opportunities, and implement effective communication strategies with clients and stakeholders.
• Understand and prioritize user requirements, define product features, and drive product development as the product owner.
• Lead end-to-end leadership and program management, monitor and manage client relationships and expectations.
• Manage the project team, including hiring, training, and evaluation, as well as collaborate with cross-functional groups and outsourced teams.
• Monitor and report on project performance, and develop operational policies, procedures, and processes that align with business goals.

Requirements:

• University degree.
• Preferably qualified PMO (Project Management Office).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Management.
• Excellent verbal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with C-level management.
• Confident, accurate, self-motivated, and resilient individual with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and possess a good customer and business/operations perspective.
