What You Will Do:

Leading and guiding a team of educators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality teaching that aligns with our British Curriculum.
Supporting the professional development of your colleagues, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Promoting student-centered learning and a positive, safe classroom atmosphere.
Working closely with parents, staff, and school leadership to ensure continuous improvement and success for all students.
Designing, implementing, and monitoring innovative and engaging lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of our learners.

What We Require:

Bachelor of Education (or equivalent) is essential.
3+ years of experience in a leadership role within the British curriculum.
Proven ability to motivate and lead a team of educators.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
A strong commitment to student success and continuous improvement.
A valid COVID-19 vaccination card (as per current school policy).
