2. Tailor Treatments to Guest Needs: Tailor spa treatments to meet the unique needs and preferences of each guest, conducting thorough consultations and customizing treatment plans to ensure maximum benefit and satisfaction.
3. Educate Guests on Wellness: Educate guests on wellness principles, lifestyle practices, and product recommendations to support their overall health and wellness goals, fostering a sense of empowerment and self-care.
4. Promote Spa Services and Products: Promote spa services and retail products to guests, utilizing product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth for the spa department.
