Job Description ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced Call Center Trainer to join our dynamic team in Qatar. As a Call Center Trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing the skills of our call centre staff. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver comprehensive training programs that align with our service standards and business objectives. You will work closely with team leaders and managers to ensure that our staff is equipped with the necessary skills to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing staff.
  • Conduct training sessions on customer service skills, product knowledge, and call handling techniques.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of trainees and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training materials.
  • Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities.

Technical Skills

We are looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about training and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in call centre operations and a proven track record in delivering effective training programs.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a call centre environment as a trainer.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to design and implement training programs.
  • Proficient in using training tools and technology.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic.
