Key Accountabilities:
- Supervision of Subordinates
- Payroll Accounting
- Reconciliation and Control
- Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures
- Statement and Reports
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or any related field
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a payroll leadership role
- Strong leadership skills
- 3 to 5 years' experience as a Payroll Supervisor
- Directly reporting to the General Accounting Head and supervising payroll staff in the day-to-day operations in payroll accounting.
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience in payroll software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented and organized
