Overview: This is the second level position in the service function. Focus is on learning the internal process and combining technical knowledge with customer service skills to effectively manage activities for a department or division. Seek opportunities to learn, gain experience and advance. Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain professional communication with customers, principals, field engineers, and colleagues within the company.
  2. Independently handle advanced sales inquiries for department products via telephone, fax, email, or letter.
  3. Review customer RFQs, tenders, and purchase requests related to the supply of new equipment, spare parts, or service requirements.
  4. Coordinate with principals to obtain comprehensive and timely offers.
  5. Prepare quotations within approved guidelines, ensuring compliance with both customer and company requirements.
  6. Provide prompt responses to customer clarifications.
  7. Maximize quote-to-order conversion by following up on quotations as agreed and coordinating customer visits with FSEs as needed.
  8. Ensure all orders are technically cleared before order entry.
  9. Coordinate post-order submission of As-Built technical documents, secure customer approvals, and inform principals accordingly.
  10. Oversee execution of all site service jobs, managing gate passes, site access approvals, visa requirements, transportation, and other logistics while maintaining approved margin levels.
  11. Ensure efficient and timely administration of all orders, including processing, verification, and filing.
  12. Initiate and manage repair orders and RMAs.
  13. Provide technical assistance to customers.
  14. Address and resolve technical discrepancies reported by customers post-supply.
Requirements Education & Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Production).
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines from initiation to completion.
  • Effective team player with a collaborative mindset.
Experience:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
