Looking for Nurse in Liv Home Healthcare in Dubai, UAE
Company - Liv. Home Healthcare Required Experience - Homecare experience preferred Salary - AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Job Description Designation: Nurse Industry Type: Medical/ Hospital/ Healthcare Job Period: Full Time Responsibilities:- Perform initial assessments of patients and create individualized care plans.
- Follow physician’s orders during patient management.
- Demonstrate expertise in blood collection and parenteral (IM/IV) medication administration.
- Being empathetic and providing strong assurance to patients and families.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and overall health conditions.
- Conduct wound care, including changing dressings and evaluating wounds.
- Educate patients and their families on care practices and medication usage.
- Maintain precise and comprehensive patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Follow all regulatory guidelines and protocols.
