Role: Facilities Assistant Location: Reddish Hall School, Stockport SK5 6UY Salary: £24,375.00 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Contract: Permanent UK applicants only. This role does not offer sponsorship. As part of our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for an SEN Teacher to join our close-knit team at Reddish Hall School, part of Acorn Education. Job Purpose The Facilities Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining the fabric, grounds, and overall environment of Reddish Hall School. This position is crucial in ensuring the school premises are safe, well-maintained, and conducive to the learning and wellbeing of the pupils. The Facilities Assistant will report to the Facilities Manager and will work collaboratively with the school leadership team, staff, and external contractors to uphold the school's vision and values, creating a positive and nurturing space for the school community. Key Responsibilities and Duties General Duties- Prepare and implement risk assessments, contributing to school development projects and general maintenance schedules
- Demonstrate a hands-on, proactive approach to developing and implementing systems and procedures, while maintaining current ones
