Job Description:

Are you ready to drive sales and marketing excellence in a dynamic and innovative environment? We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to lead our sales and marketing initiatives for the Aftermarket product range. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Caterpillar and the Finning organization to deliver against business plans through a multi-channel approach. You will be accountable for delivering profitable growth, market share, and customer value. Key Responsibilities:

• Innovative Solutions: Develop industry-specific solutions to grow product support and shape campaigns to maximize sales.
• Collaboration: Work across departments and with Caterpillar to execute growth initiatives and business plans.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute annual business plans to maximize sales revenue and ensure profitability.
• Market Value Propositions: Create and support regional sales teams in delivering sales targets through coaching and customer engagement.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with key individuals and groups to manage critical business relationships and achieve business outcomes.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Experience in product support, sales, service, or a technical role in a comparable industry
• Product or project management experience
• Developing and delivering new programs or services
• Understanding of competitive information and market dynamics
• Pricing, margins, and gross profit management
• Supply and demand planning
• Relevant industry, market, and product application knowledge
