TCR Group is the leading European provider of integrated solutions for Ground Support Equipment (GSE) in the aviation industry. As a Director of Finance you report to the General Manager France. You ensure a smooth and efficient running of finance, accounting and business controlling processes for our French entity. This role is an exciting opportunity to become part of an ambitious and growing global group. The selected candidate will get the opportunity to help build an organization and implement a growth strategy in France. A snapshot of what you will be doing here: You will be part of the senior management team of TCR France. Developing and managing budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections. Analyzing financial data and providing recommendations on financial strategy and decision-making. Support the development of TCR’s business in France by supporting operations and management with financial responsibilities. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the French entity, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports. Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement. Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions. Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures. Manage and coach the finance team. We are looking for an individual who has: A Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. At least 8 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least a few years in a management role. Strong people management skills in addition to excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A knowledge of French GAAP and IFRS accounting standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A flexible, ambitious and positive mindset, with a strong business acumen. A perfect understanding of both French and English.
