Commercial Strategy Associate

About the Role As a Commercial Strategy Associate, you will gather and analyse date to support the Pricing & Commercial Strategy team. You will gather market research, cancellation analysis and commercial data to monitor performance and share insights with the team. Responsibilities

• Delivering monthly cancellation analysis by conducting exit interviews with customers.
• Generating a regular cancellation analysis summary for presentation to the Senior Leadership Team and responding to queries / additional information requests as required.
• Analysing market and internal data to generate insight to support the development and execution of business strategy.
• Using analysis to identify improvements to help drive productivity within the team.
• Support the Head of Pricing & Commercial Strategy with other specific projects on an ongoing basis

Requirements

• Have a degree in an analytical or quantitative related field
• Be advanced in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to influence stakeholders throughout the business
• Have good time management, numerical and problem solving skills
• Enjoy developing new ideas to improve processes and business performance
• Have the ability to and experience of engaging with customers
