Job Title: Head of Simplification Diagnostics and Solutions This role drives strategic simplification initiatives across the organisation to improve efficiency, reduce complexity and optimise processes. About the Role: Develop a vision for simplification diagnostics to identify drivers of inefficiency and design solutions to simplify channels, products and processes. Lead diagnostic efforts to understand current operating environments and develop innovative solutions to streamline operations. Foster collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of simplification initiatives. Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of simplification initiatives. Your Background: A seasoned professional in banking and financial services with a proven track record of leading successful simplification and efficiency projects. Background in business model diagnostics, lean process redesign and change delivery. Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and identify trends.
